Pinnacle University: Growing the Next Generation of Actuarial Professionals

Every spring, Pinnacle Actuarial Resources holds Pinnacle University (Pinnacle U), a unique program that gives actuarial and math students the chance to experience what it is like to be an insurance and actuarial professional.

For Pinnacle U, students from across the country work with Pinnacle analysts to research, develop and present a topic facing the insurance industry and the actuarial profession.

At Pinnacle U’s culminating event, a virtual and in-person forum, teams present their findings, and a panel of credentialed actuaries from Pinnacle, insurance companies, universities and other actuarial organizations critiques their hypotheses, content and execution.

This very special program celebrates 14 great years in 2027.

Blogs from previous Pinnacle University sessions can be found on our Beyond Numbers Blog. It's an amazing opportunity for faculty, students, universities and budding actuaries!

If you are a student or an actuarial educator, please feel free to contact our Pinnacle U team to learn more about Pinnacle U 2027.
